At MomoCharms, we want you to love every piece you receive; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your charms in their original gift boxes and place them inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
